Corrections, disputes and removals

Klang Valley Plumber Guide is a free directory that lists plumbing businesses in the Klang Valley region. Each listing draws from publicly available business data, and every score comes from a single fixed rubric applied consistently to all reviews on Google. Listing here costs nothing, and payment never affects your score or rank. This page explains how to update factual details, challenge information you believe is wrong, or request removal from the directory. The full rubric is published under ranking method.

Updating factual details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and service offerings can all be corrected. To change any of these fields, provide the correct information and something that backs it up, such as your official website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified and applied, corrections hold through future data refreshes and won't be overwritten when the directory updates.

Challenging your score

Scores are never adjusted by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you're claiming that the input data is faulty, which could mean your listing got matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you that aren't yours, or a summary of the reviews misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. Bring evidence of the error, and the sources will be rechecked. If the problem is confirmed, your listing is regenerated from clean data. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed if the business has permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate of another entry, or the business falls outside the scope of this directory. The monthly verification cycle also automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your business is operating, in scope, and accurate, removal will be declined, and you will be told why.

How long it takes

Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. Removals that are approved are completed within 7 days. Requests that are turned down come with an explanation of the reason.
